Нормальный сайт, все оформлено красиво и понятно. Несколько раз делал тут заказы, все пришло в хорошем состоянии и хорошего качества. Недовольны только те, кто плохо читает описание товара и не читает отзывы. Вот и получают не совсем то, чего хотели. Просто будьте внимательны)))

TEMU IS A SAM This has been one of the most frustrating and exhausting online shopping experiences I have ever had. I currently have four packages that I never received, and after more than three months of waiting I still have not received a clear or honest explanation about what happened. Every time I contact support, I am told that the issue is being reviewed or that a solution is being worked on, yet nothing concrete ever happens. What makes this situation worse is that the only solution repeatedly mentioned is a refund. I understand refunds exist, but when a customer purchases products, the expectation is to receive the products, not to constantly be told the money was returned because the company failed to deliver. A refund does not compensate for months of waiting, lost time, or the frustration of repeatedly following up for the same issue without progress. Two packages were stuck in customs inspection for over two months with no updates, and two others passed the maximum delivery date without resolution. I opened multiple tickets and mostly received generic responses. No one clearly explained whether the packages were lost, delayed, or mishandled. The lack of transparency and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Even today, I am told that a refund has been issued but this is not the final solution, as they are supposedly still working on delivering my packages, though they cannot provide any estimated delivery date. After contacting the transportation company directly, I learned that Temu had already requested the products to be returned, information never communicated to me by the company. Waiting months only to discover this on my own has been extremely disappointing. A serious company should provide clear explanations, honest communication, and real solutions instead of making customers wait indefinitely without answers. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and draining. I will not purchase from Temu again. I would rather pay more elsewhere and receive reliable delivery and clear communication than deal with months of uncertainty, repeated delays, and unanswered questions. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and real solutions, not endless waiting and broken promises.

Another online store originated from China, so what you get is what you should expect from them. Otherwise, no issues with the purchases I made from them. Got what I want, received what I expected. But below is why the site gets 2 stars and a cautionary advisory. While they're legitimate and not much of a true phishing/scam bait (especially both of those terms doesn't seem technically appropriate), since there were reports from social sites people have actually gotten their free stuff, and personally I did for some, anything that proclaims and/or congratulates that you are a speck of dust away from getting your free item or items is actually trying to lure you away from your goal using a carrot-on-a-stick method, or to put it this way; deception. Same applies to any of their so-called "games" that claims to help you to receive free items of your choice. Never fall for their misleading bells n whistles claiming you're 99.99...% away from getting your free items, because that just means you're only becoming an easy target for someone thinking they are "sharing" their links/referral codes to "win", whereas in reality you're unknowingly engaging in a network of spams throughout social media. Not only that, anyone who is more vulnerable will also be lured into purchasing more and more items just to meet the requirement of getting a free item or more easily. So not really a bargain for most people out there. This is just a plot to get people to waste more money via deception. Also, given the people behind this so-called e-commerce has a bit of a history for other things that are generally negative so to say, I wouldn't be surprised on how much grief they have siphoned out of the vulnerable who, at the end, just want free stuff without the nuances, using fake marketing practices. Generally, any technical-minded people will easily spot the suspicion and either ask questions, or just avoid all. But as I said earlier, some people, like me, did legitimately get their free stuff, through various means. So while the "free items" goals are achievable, they are not worth anyone's time and trouble basically. And lastly, being a Chinese e-commerce, the amount of privacy invasion from trackers is to be expected, like other China-originated or CCP-endorsed sites.

Very annoying site. Someone has registered my email here, and I had to perform a long quest to remove my email. Usually good businesses provide a simple link, working with one click. Here I needed to solve a puzzle, receive verification code and enter it into disappearing dialog. I spent too much time. So I spent another minute to write this bad review. Also, this site uses dirty practices to advertise itself on search pages with absolutely false keywords. I don't recommend this site. I suggest to blocklist it.

Opened a new account and charged my credit card before I had a chance to make a purchase. Apparently, I'm not the only one having trouble. Reddit users complain about unauthorized charges. "anyone_else_get_unauthorized_credit_card_charges" Usa Today reports "...malicious code allowed it to bypass cellphone security settings to spy on other apps, read notifications and messages, and even change settings."

There is good and bad about this site. The good, I did receive my orders and the items were nice (3 orders). The bad, 1. when the order was late they promised a $5 off credit, but when I went to use it the credit was expired. 2. They uploaded a Temu App to my phone without my permission. 3. This is just me but the US has a difficult relationship with China right now and I don't want to feel that I am supporting the Russia/Urkraine War in any way. 4. I read the article about Pinduoduo (owns Temu) having some dishonest employees and instead of firing them they sent them to work for Temu. I closed my account and I won't be buying from them anymore.
